How the Dental Queue search works

Submit Details
After checkout, you’ll be asked for your address, how many people you’re looking for NHS dental places for, and a few details we’ll need to carry out the search.

We Contact Local Practices
We contact nearby dental practices and ask about NHS availability and waiting lists. If a practice is taking NHS patients, we’ll try to register you; otherwise, we’ll request to join a waiting list where possible.

Receive Report
You’ll get a report showing the local dental practices we contacted and which waiting lists we were able to add you to.
If a practice has NHS availability or a waiting list but requires you to contact them directly, we’ll flag this and give you the contact details and next steps. Where you need to email them, we may also provide a ready-to-send email to make it easier.
Getting onto multiple waiting lists should increase your chances of finding an NHS dental place sooner.
