Common Questions
What if you can't find a dentist near me?
If in the unlikely instance we’re unable to find & contact any practices near you and complete the search, we’ll refund your payment in full. We can’t guarantee an NHS place will be available, but we do guarantee that we’ll call nearby practices, ask about NHS availability, and try to register you or join waiting lists where possible.
Can you include my family too?
Yes. If other members of your household also need an NHS dentist in the same area, we can include them in the same search at no extra cost. After you order, we’ll ask for the details of everyone you’d like us to include.
How long does the process take?
We usually complete the process within 1–2 business days. We’ll email you once your search is complete with a summary of the practices contacted and the outcome from each one.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
We currently offer coverage across the UK wherever NHS dental practices are available to contact.

NHS availability varies by practice, so we can’t guarantee that an NHS place will be available. Your £20 fee covers the work we carry out contacting nearby practices and trying to register you or join waiting lists where possible.
